TAC’s Managing Officer, Gary Weissel, was a key member of a Congressional research committee, sponsored by the US Access Board and managed by the Transportation Review Board, on the technical feasibility of on-board wheelchairs on commercial transport category aircraft. Mr. Weissel also participated in the briefings to both the US Congress and the US Access board on the results of the study and the contents of the report.
